  • You can cancel your membership at any time!

    If you access [Account Settings], you will find a [Cancel VIP Membership] button
    where you can cancel your membership.

    Once it is canceled, you will still be able to use the VIP Membership for the period of time that you purchased it for.
    Your VIP Membership icon will change and will show you the remaining time of your subscription.

    However, if you purchased a VIP Membership through the app, then please follow the instructions below:

    [For iOS]

    Launch the Settings app.
    Tap iTunes & App Store.
    Tap on your Apple ID.
    Tap View Apple ID when the pop-up window appears.
    Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
    Tap Subscriptions.
    Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.


    [For Google Play Store]

    Launch the Google Play Store app.
    Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions and tap on the app of the subscription you'd like to cancel.
    Tap “Cancel” and “Yes” to confirm the cancellation.

    If you try to cancel your VIP Membership and it says "Wrong Approach", it could either mean that you purchased the membership
    on our app or you purchased it in another language.

  • When signing up for Toomics, we offer multiple ways to make an account.

    You can sign up with with your email address (email)
    OR you can sign up through our social media options such as, Facebook, Line, Yahoo, Google, or Twitter. (social media)

    If you sign up with an email address, you will have to log in by typing in your
    email address and password.

    If you sign up through social media (Facebook, Line, Yahoo, Google, or Twitter), you will have to
    log in through the icons located on the lower part of the [Sign in] screen.

    If you wish to log in to the account that is tied to your social media account, logging in by TYPING your email address will only make another
    account. Please make sure to log in through the social media option to access your VIP Membership.
  • When signing up for Toomics, we offer multiple ways to make an account.

    You can sign up with just your email. (email account)
    OR you can sign up through Facebook, Line, Yahoo or Google. (third-party website)

    If you signed up with an email address, you will have to continue signing in with your
    email and password.

    If you sign in through a third-party website (Facebook, Line, Yahoo, or Google), you will have to
    sign in through the icons on the lower part of the [Sign in] screen.

    Please be aware that signing into Toomics by entering your email (Google or Yahoo) is entirely different. Signing in through your email is the same as making a new account.

    If you are a VIP Member through third-party websites you will only have access to
    the VIP content by signing in through the third-party websites.

    If you are a VIP Member through an email account, you will only have access to the
    VIP content by signing in with your email and password.
  • We're sorry to hear that you want to deactivate your account.

    For PC users:
    1. Sign in to Toomics.
    2. Click [My] to see [Account Settings] and [Deactivate Account]

    For Mobile Users:
    1. Sign in to Toomics
    2. Go to the menu icon on the left and choose [Account settings] and [Deactivate Account]

    Please be aware that if you are a VIP Member on Toomics, you will have to cancel
    your membership first, in order to deactivate your account.
  • For PC users:
    Go to [Account Settings] to access your account settings and
    change your password through there.

    For Mobile users:
    Go to the menu icon on the upper left part of the screen and
    change your password through [Account settings].
  • Click the [Sign in] button and click the [Forgot password?] button located on the pop-up window.

    Once you enter the email address you signed up with, an email containing instructions on resetting your password
    will be sent to the email you specified.

    If you have not received your reset password link, please contact our 1:1 Customer Service team.
  • Yes, you will have to verify your age in order to access our adult content.
    Non-adult webtoons are available without age verification.
